Decision cadence
TL;DR. Decision cadence is the predictable rhythm at which a studio makes operating decisions for each product, weekly tuning calls, monthly portfolio reviews, daily signal scans. Without a cadence, decisions slip until they're emergencies.
Most studios don't lack decision-making capacity. They lack decision moments. The ASO call that should happen every other Tuesday gets pushed; the spend reallocation that should happen weekly happens when something breaks.
A decision cadence is the contract between what the studio promised itself it would decide on and what actually gets decided. It's not a meeting schedule, it's a guarantee that for every product, certain calls get made on time.
Qualia's role inside a cadence isn't to replace the operator's judgment. It's to make sure the moment arrives with the right context already assembled, so the call takes ten minutes instead of two hours of prep.
