Does Qualia replace production or quality staff?
No. It prepares the material they work from — shift briefs, batch histories and gap analyses built from the plant's own records — so the calls stay with the people qualified to make them.
Do we have to change our ERP or MES?
No. Qualia reads what those systems already hold, alongside the shift notes and messages around them. Nothing is migrated, nothing is replaced, and the systems of record stay the systems of record.
What happens when an experienced operator leaves?
The plant's context stays. Stoppages, their causes, what was tried and what worked remain searchable, so a line does not lose twenty years of judgement to a retirement.
