What happens if I run out of credits?

Work pauses. Nothing keeps running up a bill you did not agree to. Add a top-up mid-cycle and it activates instantly, or move up to a larger monthly pack. You can also cap what a month is allowed to reach, so the ceiling is yours to set.

Do unused credits roll over?

Once, up to the size of your pack. A 15,000-credit plan with 2,000 left starts the next month with 17,000. Top-ups stay with you for as long as the subscription is active.

Why does one job cost more than another?

A step that looks something up costs a credit. A step where Qualia works something out costs more, and a job that repeats across rows multiplies the middle of it. Reaching into your tools is the cheap part. The thinking is what you are paying for.

Am I paying for seats or for credits?

Both, and they buy different things. A seat is access: who can open the workspace, see the shared memory and run agents. Credits are the work itself, pooled across everyone. Team includes three seats and $19 each after that, and the credit pack is shared by the whole workspace.

What if 15,000 credits a month isn't the right size for us?

Team comes in four sizes: 3,000 credits at $99 a month, 7,500 at $199, 15,000 at $349 and 30,000 at $599. Every one has the same features, and the credit gets cheaper the larger the pack. Move up or down whenever the month changes; it takes effect next cycle and the credits you have not spent come with you. Nobody has to guess right on day one.

Can I see where the credits went?

Every run shows what it spent, and the workspace shows the month by agent, by person and by pack: what came from the monthly pack, what rolled over, what was topped up, and which work is spending the most.

Is my data used for training?

No. Read-only access by default, an action log for every write, reversible operations, and no training on your data. See the Security page for the full picture.
