Signal triage

TL;DR. Signal triage is the act of separating the alerts that actually matter from the alerts that always fire. For multi-product studios it's the difference between an operator who can sleep and one who can't.

Every live product generates noise. Crash reports. App store reviews. Spend anomalies. Engagement dips. Most of it is statistical drift. Some of it is a real signal that needs a real call.

Signal triage in a single-product company is a person's job, usually the founder, usually badly. In a multi-product studio it's a structural problem: there's no one with enough product-specific context to triage 12 streams in parallel.

Qualia's specialist agents own this layer. They read each product's full context, classify the day's signals, and surface the ones that warrant operator attention. The output is a short list, not an inbox.
