Multi-product studio
TL;DR. A multi-product studio is a small team, typically 2-10 people, running 3-20 live games or apps in parallel. It's the ICP for portfolio operations tools and the operating shape that breaks most single-product playbooks.
Most operations advice assumes single-product orgs. Hire a head of growth. Set up your funnel dashboard. Run your weekly product council. None of that scales when the same person is the head of growth for 12 different products.
The multi-product studio isn't a smaller enterprise, it's a different operating shape. The headcount is lean, the product count is high, the per-product context is shallow but the cross-product context is rich. Tools built for either single-product startups or enterprises miss the shape entirely.
Qualia exists because this shape exists. The system is designed around it, not retrofitted to it.
